MVS Volunteer Information
Steps to Volunteer at MVS
1. Complete the Background Check Form
- Download the Background Check Form
- Fill out the form
Sign, date, and return the form to the main office
2. Pay the Background Check Fee
Background check fee is $21.
Pay via check made out to Marine Village School or use the Pay Now button below.
Enter “NA” in the student name field on the form.
3. Contact our Coordinator for Volunteer Opportunities
- Once you have turned in your Background Check Form and payment you can begin selecting volunteer opportunities.
- Please see a list of volunteer options below, or email Kelly Fronk for additional options.
- Kelly will provide details on open volunteering positions, additional information, and how to sign up.

Current Volunteer Opportunities
Assist in accompanying students, paraprofessionals, and teachers to and from the library.
Assist paraprofessionals in supervising students during lunch periods
Assist with photocopying, laminating, sorting, and supporting teachers with classroom projects.
Provide support to paraprofessionals and teachers in supervising students during recess to ensure a safe and positive environment.
Seasonal Opportunity:
Provide support in clearing snow from walkways, entrances, and the blacktop area behind the school, as needed.
