Attention: Vended School Meals Companies
 Marine Village School  is soliciting bids in response to an Invitations for Bid for vended school meals. The Vendor would provide meal services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines as well as State of Minnesota Department of Education policies and guidelines.

The   Marine Village School  school board reserves the right to reject any bid for a sound, documented reason or to reject all bids if there are an insufficient number of bids.
A pre-bid meeting will not be scheduled. A copy of the IFB will be available by email at [email protected] to all potential bidders until  5/1/2026 . Potential bidders are asked to email their questions to  Dawna Gregory  at [email protected] by  5/8/2026 . The school district will email its response to these questions by  5/11/2026 .
All bids must be submitted no later than 3:30 pm due on 5/15/2026. All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the MVS Nutrition Department: 550 Pine Street, Marine on St. Croix, MN, 55047 and be clearly marked: Vended School Meals Bid.
Marine Village School is seeking qualified and experienced school bus service providers to offer safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for students in grades K-5. The goal is to ensure timely transportation while maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service. We invite proposals from vendors capable of meeting the district’s needs for the upcoming school year.
