Sarah is passionate about education and is committed to creating the ideal learning environment for all students to grow and thrive. She graduated from St. Olaf College with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Social Studies Education and has a post graduate certificate from Hamline University in Gifted and Talented Education.
Her work experience includes positions in human resources, personnel training, study skills development, and retail management. In addition, she and her husband created Bluestone Physician Services, a successful medical care company based in Stillwater.
Sarah has extensive board experience and served as an elected Stillwater School Board member. She has traveled widely and brings an open mind to her work.
She has three adult children, Allie, Matt and Josh, the youngest, who attended Marine Elementary. She lives in Stillwater Township with her husband, Todd, and Jazzie the cat.
