Kelly Jeanetta

Board Member

Kelly has served on the MVS Board since August 2024 and was elected to the board in the very first MVS election. Kelly is an attorney with over 25 years of experience in labor and employment law, she brings a strong foundation in governance, policy, and advocacy to her role.

She and her husband, Dan Willenbring, have lived in Marine since 1998. Two of their three children attended Marine Elementary School, and all three are graduates of Stillwater High School. Today, their grandchildren are continuing the family tradition by attending Stillwater schools.

For Kelly, Marine School (now MVS) was—and remains—the heart of the community. She values the lasting friendships and exceptional education her family experienced there. She is passionate about the MVS mission, grounded in the four cornerstones of academics, ecology, community, and service—principles that reflect the spirit of Marine itself.

Through her continued board service, Kelly is committed to helping MVS thrive and to supporting its role in shaping engaged, well-rounded young citizens that are engaged in preserving the community and instrumental in maintaining a civil society for the future.
