Marine Village School is seeking an outstanding leader with a genuine care for students and their families to serve as part-time Executive Director. This position will be 20 hours per week, beginning on or around July 1, 2025. As a part-time position, the Executive Director will guide and provide support to the full-time Head of School. The ideal candidate is a licensed school administrator with extensive experience in managing budgets, compliance and MDE reporting and clearly understands how to ensure organizational integrity through solid management of school funds and resources. Additionally, it is critical that the future leader of our school demonstrates an ability to build strong partnerships within the community through regular communication and shared goal setting for continuing school improvement and growth plans.

Paraprofessionals carry out a range of responsibilities, both individually and in small groups, with students. By collaborating closely with teachers and the special education teacher, paraprofessionals build relationships with students and play a crucial role in ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed. It’s often the small steps that create big impacts.
